Property Sales Consultant

Our client requires full time experienced inbound/outbound telesales professionals.

What will you be doing?

  • Qualifying inbound/outbound enquiries from clients
  • Converting the enquiries into appointments for our property valuers.
  • Organisation and time management of property valuers' diaries
  • Effective management of non-contacted leads and follow ups
  • Effective management of unsuccessful appointments.
  • Working to daily individual and team targets

Who are we looking for?

No previous property experience is required, but the right attitude is essential.

You need to be:

  • driven and money hungry with experience in either inbound or outbound telesales...
  • career focused and possess a strong work ethic and customer focus.
  • able to probe clients to find out how best to help them
  • customer service focused with a demonstrable track record of success in B2C telesales
  • self-motivated, enthusiastic with bags of personality and a can do attitude

Salary OTE is uncapped with an average take home of £30+There is a competitive basic salary and great bonus scheme in place.

Hours

40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday 9am - 3pm
