Property Lister / Property Admin

Location : Manchester
Basic salary £22,300 plus uncapped commission - realistic OTE £28,000

Due to unparalleled success, we are looking to expand our team and are looking for a Property Sales Administrator /Lister in our Manchester office.

As a property sales administrator your responsibilities will include;

  • Write up property details and upload images on to the system.
  • All aspects of Managing a Property Portfolio including Regular client updates
  • All basic aspects of office administration.

What we are looking for from our property sales administrator / lister:

  • Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Email).
  • At least one year administration work experience.
  • Well organised and methodical approach.
  • A polite, friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.

Working Hours of the Property Sales Administrator:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and One Saturday in 6 on a rota
