What will you be doing?

  • Marketing of properties from instruction through to a tenant taking up occupation
  • Dealing with property enquiries through our network of advertising portals
  • Arranging viewings from the office and capturing feedback
  • Up-selling some of our other services and getting paid generously for these
  • Updating and maintaining notes for your portfolio
  • Dealing with the referencing process and arranging the tenancy
